METCON WOD
AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

  • 8 Kettlebell Swings (32k/24k)
  • 6 Burpee Pullups
  • 4 Thrusters (155#/115#)

Do 6 Burpees then 6 Strict Pullups if using bands.
