Not cleared on the Snatch? Do the High Hang Power Snatch.

METCON WOD
6 rounds for time of:

  • 5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (135#/95#)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
  • 5 Knees to Elbows

CUTOFF = 17 minutes
