3x: 7 Ring Push Ups (toes on box), 7 Ring Pull Ups, 7 OHS Slosh Pipe

STRENGTH WOD
Turkish Getups

(Each set is per arm.)

METCON WOD
Every minute for 12 minutes:

  • 5 Burpees
  • Max Rep Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (32k/24k)
