  • 7 Deadlifts (225#/155#)
  • 14 Kipping Pullups
  • 21 Double Unders
  • Scaling Options:
    No Kip? Sub jumping pullups @ 2x/reps.
    No Doubles? Sub 30 tuck jumps per round.
