Step 1: Fitness Evaluation/Baseline Workout

This is a complimentary 1 hour session that explains the CrossFit methodology and evaluates your current level of fitness with a baseline workout.
Step 2: On Ramp
The On Ramp course is our beginner's class and is designed to prepare active, healthy individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing CrossFit group classes. On Ramp costs $200 and consists of 6 one-hour sessions, 3x per week for 2 weeks. The $200 Cost also includes 2 additional weeks of unlimited group WOD Classes (starts after completion of On Ramp series). You can enroll into our next scheduled Group On Ramp series or you can arrange an On Ramp series with our coaches that best meets your needs. Attendance at each session is essential in obtaining the skills necessary to do well in our group classes. Movement techniques will be drilled into, as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. Step 3: Group Classes/Daily WOD
After successful completion of On Ramp, you are now able to enroll in the Group CrossFit WOD Classes. Here, you will compete for rounds, time, points, and glory on a daily basis. Playing games and learning new skills are also a huge part of the group classes. Build strong relationships with peers and network with others from the Livermore Valley/East Bay!
Group classes are designed to be like sport. As such, the environment will be one of motivation, encouragement, and tough love. Classes are run as follows (please do everything you can to show up on time!)
Group WOD Class 1 Hour Breakdown:
- 0-5 minutes – general warm-up
- 5-15 minutes – WOD specific warm-up/skill instruction
- 15-45 minutes – daily WOD
- 45-60 minutes – cool down
