BootCamp 580 uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to quickly build strength and endurance while promoting fat loss. Our program focuses on bodyweight exercises, high repetition weightlifting movements, and metabolic conditioning without the complex olympic barbell lifts and gymnastic movements used in our regular CrossFit classes. There are no prerequisite fitness levels or abilities, and we scale the workouts for every fitness level.
